Removes the Greenhouse Gas Sequestration Task Force from the list of entities funded by the Clean Energy Fund under section 201-12.8(b)(2).

Repeals section 225P-4 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, which established the Greenhouse Gas Sequestration Task Force and defined its objectives, membership, and reporting requirements.

The repealed task force had responsibilities including establishing greenhouse gas emission baselines, identifying sequestration criteria, recommending agricultural and land use policies, and submitting annual reports to the legislature.
