• Task force consists of up to 25 voting members from state agencies, healthcare organizations, and county governments, plus 10 non-voting ex-officio members from legislative and executive branches.

• Task force shall identify and prioritize actions for universal healthcare coverage, determine responsible parties and timelines for each action, and identify required resources and funding options from private, state, and federal sources.

• Members serve without compensation but may be reimbursed for reasonable expenses including travel; task force must meet at least quarterly and provide a preliminary report 20 days before the 2025 legislative session and a final report before the session concludes.

• Task force dissolves on July 1, 2025; takes effect upon approval.
