Updates statutory language for clarity by replacing outdated references with modern terminology (e.g., "sibling" instead of "brother, sister"; "that" instead of "such").

Maintains all other employee exemptions under Hawaii's wage and hour law including agricultural workers, domestic service workers, executives, and seasonal youth camp staff.

Effective upon approval.
