Proposes a constitutional amendment to increase the mandatory retirement age for state justices and judges from 70 years to 75 years.

Amends Article VI, Section 3 of the Hawaii State Constitution to change the retirement provision affecting justices of the supreme court, intermediate appellate court judges, circuit court judges, and district court judges.

Requires a ballot question asking: "Shall the Hawaii State Constitution be amended to increase the mandatory retirement age for state justices and judges from seventy years to seventy-five years?"

Takes effect upon compliance with Article XVII, Section 3 of the Hawaii State Constitution.
