Requires the Department of Agriculture to use consistent units of measurement when reporting the quantities of restricted use pesticides used to the public by county.

Expands buffer zones for restricted use pesticide applications from 100 feet to one-half mile (2,640 feet) around schools during normal school hours, effective January 1, 2024.

Extends restricted use pesticide buffer zone protections to state and county public parks in addition to schools.

Exempts whole structure fumigation from the buffer zone requirements.

Specifies that the more restrictive provision applies if the buffer zone conflicts with pesticide label application instructions.
