Requires out-of-state attorneys applying for pro hac vice appearance in Hawaii courts to provide evidence of Hawaii business registration for both the applicant and local counsel.

Mandates applicants include their Hawaii general excise tax license numbers and those of local counsel with their pro hac vice petitions or motions.

Requires applicants to affirm that both they and local counsel will pay all state income tax and general excise tax due for Hawaii business activities.

Requires submission of any other information or documentation mandated by Hawaii Supreme Court rules for pro hac vice appearances.

Directs the Hawaii Supreme Court to amend its pro hac vice rules to comply with these requirements; effective April 14, 2112.
