Amends Chapter 302D of Hawaii Revised Statutes to create exemptions for prekindergarten-only public charter schools from six specific statutory provisions.

Exempts prekindergarten-only charter schools from sections relating to funding and finance (§302D-28(a),(c),(e), and (f)).

Exempts prekindergarten-only charter schools from sections relating to weighted student formula (§302D-29), athletics (§302D-31), and enrollment requirements (§302D-34(c)).

Exempts prekindergarten-only charter schools from sections relating to computer science courses and content (§302D-40) and enrollment in industry-credential programs (§302D-41).

Effective date: July 1, 3000.
