Amends Act 179, Session Laws of Hawaii 2022 to expand duties of the Technology Services Consolidation Working Group to include relocating the office of enterprise technology services' data center from the Kalanimoku building and any satellite facilities.

Requires that consolidated state information technology data facilities possess redundancy with multiple power generation, fuel storage, power distribution paths, cooling systems, and heat exchange distribution paths to allow operation during maintenance without downtime if utility power is unavailable.

Adds recommendation for working group to assess partnerships with private providers and carriers to attract high-quality information technology professionals to the State.

Extends working group's sunset date from December 31, 2023 to June 30, 2025 and requires submission of findings and recommendations to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2025 regular session.

Effective date is July 1, 3000.
