Changes restricted use pesticide reporting from annual to monthly, with reports due within 30 days following the end of each month.

Requires reports to include geospatial data up to one square mile, specific site and commodity information, tax map key numbers, and quantities measured in pounds of active ingredient with percentage breakdowns.

Mandates the Department of Agriculture to produce public summaries by county that include geospatial data, specific site information, pesticide quantities, and affected area amounts.

Requires the Department of Agriculture to develop an online reporting tool for restricted use pesticide reporting.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
