Creates a two-year pilot program within the Department of Education for school bus transportation hubs in high-traffic areas, with one hub to be established per county.

Requires the Department of Education to determine what constitutes a high-traffic area and define "transportation hub" as an existing off-campus public or private facility for student pick-up and drop-off.

Mandates the Department submit a report to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2026 regular session, including high-traffic area criteria, total pilot program costs, and recommendations on whether to make hubs permanent.

Pilot program terminates on June 30, 2025.

Appropriates unspecified funding from general revenues for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 to establish and operate the pilot program, effective July 1, 3000.
