Requires agricultural products labeled with "Hawaiʻi," "Hawaiian," or Hawaiian region names that are less than 100% Hawaii-grown to list country or region of origin and percentage of each on the front label in font at least half the size of the largest font.

Mandates that products claiming to be 100% Hawaiian or 100% grown in Hawaiʻi must contain entirely Hawaii-grown product, with specific label language requirements listed.

Establishes that blended products with 75% or more Hawaii-grown content must use the word "Blend," list the percentage of the majority portion, and identify all other ingredients by country or region of origin on the front label.

Prohibits use of "Hawaiʻi" or "Hawaiian" names on front labels for blended products containing less than 75% Hawaii-grown content, except in the contents list with origin information.

Amends existing sections on macadamia nuts and Hawaiian coffee labeling to clarify that these specific product rules prevail when inconsistent with the new general agricultural product labeling requirements.
