Establishes a child and adolescent mental health services working group within the Department of Health to comprehensively map mental health programs and services available statewide.

Working group shall consist of representatives from the Department of Health, med-QUEST, Department of Education, legislative committees, Hawaii Association of Health Plans, Healthcare Association of Hawaii, Hawaii Primary Care Association, Papa Ola Lokahi, and Hawaii Community Foundation.

Working group chaired by the chief of the family health services division and shall submit findings and recommendations to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 regular session, with an update before the 2026 regular session.

Appropriates general fund moneys for fiscal year 2024-2025 to conduct the comprehensive mapping process (specific amount left blank in bill text).

Working group ceases to exist on June 30, 2026; bill takes effect July 1, 2024.
