Establishes a Substance Use Disorder Services Clinic Working Group within the Department of Public Safety to develop recommendations balancing treatment needs and public safety concerns.

Working group composition includes mandatory representatives from the Department of Public Safety, Department of Health, and Department of Human Services, with optional participation from schools, methadone clinics, and healthcare organizations.

Working group shall submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2024 regular session.

Working group is dissolved on June 30, 2024.

Act takes effect on June 30, 2050.
