Appropriates $1,500,000 for fiscal year 2023-2024 and $1,500,000 for fiscal year 2024-2025 from general revenues to the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation.

Funds designated for operations, administration, and grants through the manufacturing assistance program under the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation.

Legislature finds that the manufacturing assistance program plays an important role in supporting Hawaii-based manufacturers and that continued manufacturing industry support is essential to Hawaii's economy.

Funds to be expended by the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation for purposes specified in the Act.
