Department of the Attorney General and Department of Human Services shall jointly convene a working group to examine child support payment pass-through to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients, including legal permissibility and federal law conflicts.

Working group shall investigate the costs to agencies of establishing a child support pass-through program for TANF recipients.

Community stakeholders must be invited to participate in the working group.

Departments shall submit a joint report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2025 regular session.

Working group dissolves on June 30, 2025.
