Requires child custody evaluators (including licensed psychologists, marriage and family therapists, psychiatrists, social workers, and court-approved fact-finding investigators) to complete a minimum 3-hour training course on domestic violence issues every 3 years.

Mandates the Family Court to approve domestic violence training courses and maintain a publicly accessible list of approved courses on the Judiciary's website.

Finds that child custody evaluators lacking in-depth training on domestic violence dynamics may provide recommendations to courts that do not serve the best interests of children in custody disputes.

Maintains existing registry requirements for qualified child custody evaluators and the complaint referral process for parties to file complaints against court-appointed evaluators.

Takes effect upon approval.
