Requires the school facilities authority to conduct a feasibility study for developing teacher and workforce housing at the closed Queen Liliuokalani elementary school property (2.67-acre parcel, TMK No. 3-2-037:027).

School facilities authority must submit the feasibility study to the governor and legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2024.

Appropriates unspecified funds from general revenues for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 to conduct the feasibility study.
