Amends Section 444-8 of Hawaii Revised Statutes regarding specialty contractors' ability to perform work in multiple trades.

Defines "incidental and supplemental work" as work in other trades that is directly related to and necessary for completion of the project within the contractor's license scope.

Limits incidental and supplemental work to no more than five percent of the specialty contractor's total work on the project.

Removes language requiring such work to be limited only to performance incidental to the contractor's primary licensed craft.

Takes effect upon approval.
