H.B. 915 Summary

• Requires commercial agricultural entities that annually purchase or use more than a specified threshold of non-diluted restricted use pesticides to disclose all pesticide use, including restricted use, general use, and experimental use pesticides

• Mandatory annual reports must be submitted to the Department of Health no later than 60 days after each calendar year ends, covering all outdoor pesticide applications from the prior year

• Annual reports must include pesticide listings by federal and state registration/permit numbers and active ingredients, total quantities used, and geographic locations identified by tax map key numbers

• Reports are classified as public records and must be posted on the Department of Health's website

• Department of Health shall adopt rules to implement reporting requirements, with implementation effective one year after the Act's approval
