Amends the definition of "agricultural enterprise lands" in Section 141D-2, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to mean agricultural lands transferred to and managed by the department pursuant to Chapter 141D (removing references to agricultural parks and non-agricultural park land designations).

Amends the definition of "non-agricultural park lands" in Section 166E-2, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to mean lands transferred to and managed by the department pursuant to Chapter 166E (removing references to agricultural park designations).

Makes technical clarifications to statutory language for consistency purposes regarding the management and designation of agricultural lands.

Takes effect upon approval.
