Department requested to consider options for increasing storage facilities near Kaumalapau Harbor for both refrigerated and non-perishable goods.

Department requested to consult with barge service providers and other stakeholders while conducting the study.

Department must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the start of the 2025 Regular Session.
