Identifies that the City and County of Honolulu currently operates nine satellite city hall offices across Oahu that provide services including motor vehicle registration, disability parking permits, state identification renewal, and property tax payment.

Requests that the City and County of Honolulu and Honolulu City Council provide additional funding and resources to establish the Mililani satellite city hall.

Directs transmission of certified copies of this resolution to the Mayor of Honolulu, Honolulu City Council members, and the Director of Customer Services.
