Highlights that Honolulu Police Department District 2 (covering Mililani, Wahiawa, Waialua, Haleiwa, Waimea, and Sunset Beach) currently operates only one station (Wahiawa District Station) despite having the lowest number of patrol subdivisions in the department.

Requests the City and County of Honolulu and Honolulu City Council provide additional funding and resources to create the Mililani police substation.
