Request the Department of the Attorney General to examine ways to strengthen Hawaii's registration system for sex offenders and offenders against minors

Recommend amending state law to allow covered offenders to terminate registration requirements only if later proven innocent of the offense that mandates registration

Require the Attorney General to submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 Regular Session convenes

Transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Attorney General and Administrator of the Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center
