Notes that Pali Lanes operated since 1961 as a community gathering place and was listed on the Hawaii Register of Historic Places in 2018 for its mid-century modern design and historical significance to bowling in Hawaii

Cites a 2018 survey of 4,490 Kailua residents showing 56 percent favored maintaining Pali Lanes while only 18 percent opposed it

Urges Alexander & Baldwin to manage the property consistent with Hawaii's policy of preserving and conserving historic properties for public education, inspiration, pleasure, and enrichment

Requires certified copies be sent to Alexander & Baldwin's Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors, and to the State Historic Preservation Division Administrator
