Request the Governor and Governor's Coordinator on Homelessness to establish a relocation project assisting homeless individuals into shelters, supportive housing, Kauhale, or designated Ohana Zones.

Require triage services and monitoring of placement success rates, accessibility of case management services, and care for homeless individuals in the relocation project.

Direct the Governor and Coordinator to submit a report on the relocation project status, including findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 Regular Session convenes.

Note that at least 4,028 people experience homelessness on Oahu according to the 2023 Point in Time Count, and that placing individuals in housing has resulted in significant cost savings for health care, emergency services, corrections, and taxpayers.
