Urges the Governor, Department of Human Services, and Department of Health to explore ways to ensure continued access to affordable medications for underserved populations through the 340B Drug Pricing Program, which requires pharmaceutical companies to sell outpatient drugs at discounted prices to eligible hospitals and federally qualified health centers.

Directs state agencies to collaborate with 340B hospitals, FQHCs, community pharmacies, and other stakeholders to maintain accessibility to affordable medications for underserved populations in Hawaii.

Urges state agencies to work with pharmaceutical companies to prevent implementation of restrictions that undermine the ability of 340B hospitals and FQHCs to serve their patients and communities.

Calls on Hawaii's congressional delegation and relevant federal agencies to monitor pharmaceutical company actions that restrict access to 340B drugs and take appropriate legislative or regulatory action to protect the program's integrity.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Governor, Directors of DHS and DOH, Hawaii's congressional delegation, the Health Resources and Services Administration, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
