Requests the Department of Education to conduct a feasibility study on expanding public school jurisdiction to include a quarter-mile radius surrounding each school campus.

Aims to allow school administrators to intervene and discipline students for bullying and assaults occurring in areas immediately outside school grounds that currently fall outside their jurisdiction.

Cites concerns that students are being bullied and assaulted off school grounds despite existing protections on campus and in areas within current school jurisdiction.

Requires the Department of Education to submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the Regular Session of 2025.

Directs that certified copies be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Education and Superintendent of Education.
