Identifies an extensive waitlist of beneficiaries seeking leases of Hawaiian home lands and proposes lineal and generational descendancy as a more culturally appropriate prioritization option, particularly in rural and remote areas

Requests the Hawaiian Homes Commission submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 Regular Session convening

Requires transmission of certified copies to the Chairperson of the Hawaiian Homes Commission and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs
