Urges the University of Hawaii to adopt and publicize a statewide equity statement on its website in a manner readily accessible to the public.

Requests the University of Hawaii establish diversity, equity, and inclusion committees at each of its ten campuses to make recommendations on closing equity gaps and contribute to annual reports detailing action steps.

Requires annual reports from the campus committees to be submitted to the Board of Regents and posted on the University of Hawaii's website in a manner readily accessible to the public.

Acknowledges University of Hawaii's contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts that have created opportunities for Native Hawaiians, Pacific Islanders, Filipinos, first-generation college students, and Pell Grant recipients.
