Urges the City and County of Honolulu to work with the Department of Transportation to plan and implement alternative ingress and egress options for Mililani Mauka.

Requests the City and County of Honolulu provide plans and a completion timeline for an alternative emergency access road in Mililani Mauka to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2025 Regular Session.

Cites the importance of multiple evacuation routes for emergency preparedness, particularly in light of lessons learned from the recent Maui wildfires.

Notes that Mililani Mauka currently has only one primary ingress and egress point, limiting emergency response and evacuation capabilities.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Director of Transportation, Mayor of Honolulu, and Director of Transportation Services for the City and County of Honolulu.
