Urges the People's Republic of China to stop persecution of religious minorities, including Uyghur Muslims, Christians, Tibetan Buddhists, and Falun Gong practitioners.

Requests the U.S. Department of State to express concern over violations of religious freedom by China and hold the country accountable for persecution of religious minorities.

Notes that the U.S. State Department has designated China as a country of particular concern regarding religious freedom since 1999, including as of December 2023.

Cites reports from Human Rights Watch and the United Nations documenting torture, mass detention, forced disappearances, surveillance, family separation, forced labor, and sexual violence against religious minorities in China.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the U.S. Senate Majority Leader, House Speaker, Secretary of State, China's Ambassador to the United States, and Hawaii's congressional delegation.
