Urges United States Congress to support continued funding of the Affordable Connectivity Program to ensure low-income Hawaii households can access vital online services and resources.

Acknowledges the program provides monthly broadband discounts up to $75 per month on tribal lands and $30 per month for other eligible households, plus up to $100 one-time discount for eligible devices.

Notes the program has helped nearly nine million households afford internet access and incentivizes broadband infrastructure deployment in underserved areas of Hawaii.

Warns that thousands of Hawaii residents risk losing broadband service in 2024 if Congress does not fund an extension of the program.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be sent to the President, U.S. Senate Majority Leader, House Speaker, and Hawaii's congressional delegation.
