Request the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to identify the scope of Native Hawaiian cultural appropriateness to address disparities in economic development, education, health, and housing.

Require OHA to consult with state agencies, stakeholders, Native Hawaiian communities, and relevant organizations during the assessment process.

Direct OHA to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 and 2027 Regular Sessions.

Recognize Native Hawaiians as the indigenous people of Hawaii and acknowledge historical injustices, structural racism, and the state's obligation to support Native Hawaiian advancement and equity.

Transmit certified copies to the Governor and heads of relevant state departments and boards including Business, Economic Development and Tourism, Education, Health, Human Services, and the University of Hawaii.
