Requests the City and County of Honolulu to conduct a sidewalk feasibility study on Kalihi Street between Kamanaiki Street and Kalihi Valley Park to address safety concerns and deficiencies.

Directs the feasibility study to focus specifically on removing telephone poles along the specified section of Kalihi Street and placing electrical and telecommunications wires underground.

Requires the City and County of Honolulu to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the start of the 2025 Regular Session.

Notes that the upper portion of Kalihi Street currently lacks sidewalks, creating dangerous conditions for pedestrians, particularly disabled individuals and kupuna (elderly).

Mandates transmittal of certified copies of this resolution to the Mayor, Honolulu City Council Chairperson, and the Director of the Department of Transportation Services.
