HI HCR65

Urges the Director, Deputy Directors, and Administrators of the Department of Law Enforcement to undergo training on crimes relating to artificial intelligence technology at least every two years.

Training should cover deepfakes and other related artificial intelligence technologies.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Director of Law Enforcement for distribution to Deputy Directors and Administrators.

Recognizes that artificial intelligence can be misused for criminal purposes and that law enforcement will likely investigate an increasing number of AI-related crimes.
