Requests the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to report on strategies for Native Hawaiian rural resiliency, addressing challenges of urbanization, gentrification, economic instability, and limited access to essential services in rural communities.

Directs OHA to develop strategies for innovative culturally appropriate housing models that address housing and economic development needs while maintaining community character and identity.

Directs OHA to develop strategies for innovative culturally appropriate health care solutions in Native Hawaiian rural communities.

Directs OHA to develop strategies for preservation and protection of Native Hawaiian cultural resources and their interdependent traditional and customary practices.

Requires OHA to submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2025.
