Urges all state departments and agencies to enable employees to telework to the greatest extent possible.

Requests state departments and agencies adopt telework policies that monitor employee productivity and require return to office if employees fail to meet deliverables while teleworking.

Requires each state department and agency to compile a list of positions that can be fully or partially performed through telework and report how many positions currently allow telework.

Requires each state department and agency to compile a list of efforts undertaken to enable employees to telework more easily and frequently, with submission to the Legislature prior to the 2025 Regular Session.

Directs certified copies be transmitted to the Governor, Comptroller, Attorney General, Directors of Finance, Health, Human Services, Labor and Industrial Relations, Transportation, Taxation, and heads of other major state agencies and boards.
