Request the State Auditor to conduct a sunrise review analyzing the potential impacts of licensure and regulation of human resources management personnel

Require the Auditor to include in the review a system of policies and procedures for handling complaints that should be maintained consistently across all state departments

Direct the Auditor to submit findings, proposed legislation, and a recommendation on whether the State should require licensure of all human resources management personnel employed by the State to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 Regular Session convenes

Note that human resources management personnel are currently not required to be licensed, certified, registered, or otherwise regulated by the State

Require transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Auditor
