Public informational briefing held August 24, 2022, at Lahaina Civic Center with notice published in Maui News on August 18, 2022; public comments opposed Fleming Road Extension development but did not object to Kukuia Street dedication

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Executive Director of the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation and the Chairperson of the County Council of Maui
