Requests the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development and Land Use Commission to develop an integrated land use plan to address competing state goals for agriculture, renewable energy, affordable housing, and climate adaptation.

Integrated land use plan must include land use data for resolving competing uses in agricultural, rural, and urban districts; analysis of agricultural land needed for food sustainability goals; analysis of land needed for renewable energy goals; analysis of land available for affordable housing; and recommendations on land needed to adapt to and mitigate sea level rise and climate change.

Plan should incorporate existing studies and serve as a guide for state planning and decision-making regarding agriculture, energy, and housing.

Office of Planning and Sustainable Development and Land Use Commission must submit the integrated land use plan and any proposed legislation to the Legislature by December 1, 2024.
