Urges the City and County of Honolulu to work with the Department of Transportation to plan and implement alternative ingress and egress options for Mililani Mauka.

Identifies that Mililani Mauka currently has only one primary ingress and egress route, creating emergency response and evacuation deficiencies.

Cites the recent Maui wildfires and recommendations from the House of Representatives Lahaina Wildfire Interim Schools Working Group as basis for the need for multiple evacuation routes.

Requests the City and County of Honolulu submit plans and a completion timeline for an alternative emergency access road to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the Regular Session of 2025.

Directs certified copies be transmitted to the Director of Transportation, Mayor, and Director of the Department of Transportation Services of the City and County of Honolulu.
