Request that the Department of Education provide its bullying procedures to students, parents, principals, teachers, staff, and the general public

Direct school principals, teachers, and staff to disseminate the Department's bullying procedures to students in various forms, including posting information prominently at schools and school functions

Reference the Department's existing discipline and bullying policies outlined in the Civil Rights Policy and Title VIII, chapters 19 and 89, Hawaii Administrative Rules, which cover definitions, reporting, investigations, disciplinary actions, appeals, and parent notifications

Require certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Education and Superintendent of Education
