Requests the Governor and Governor's Coordinator on Homelessness to establish a relocation project to assist homeless individuals with goals of reducing homelessness, crime, recidivism, and taxpayer costs.

Directs the relocation project to assist homeless individuals into shelters, supportive housing, Kauhale, or designated Ohana Zones.

Requires the relocation project to provide triage services by monitoring placement success rates into shelters and ensuring accessibility of case management services and care.

Requires the Governor and Governor's Coordinator on Homelessness to submit a report on the relocation project status, findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 Regular Session convenes.
