Urges the Governor, Department of Human Services, and Department of Health to collaborate with 340B hospitals, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), community pharmacies, and other stakeholders to ensure continued access to affordable medications for underserved populations in Hawaii under the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Requests state agencies work with pharmaceutical companies to prevent implementation of restrictions that undermine the ability of 340B hospitals and FQHCs to serve their patients and communities through contracted pharmacy distribution.

Urges Hawaii's congressional delegation and relevant federal agencies to monitor pharmaceutical company actions that restrict access to 340B drugs and take appropriate legislative or regulatory action to protect program integrity.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Governor, Directors of Human Services and Health departments, Hawaii's congressional delegation, Health Resources and Services Administration, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
