Requests the Department of Education to conduct a feasibility study on expanding public school jurisdiction to include a quarter-mile radius surrounding each school campus.

Aims to allow school administrators to intervene and discipline students for bullying and assault incidents occurring in areas immediately outside school grounds that currently fall outside their jurisdiction.

Identifies student safety and creating bullying-free environments as key concerns, noting that students are currently vulnerable to bullying and assault in off-campus areas near schools.

Requires the Department of Education to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 Regular Session convenes.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Education and Superintendent of Education.
