Establishes a working group to address water and air contamination and remediation issues from the Puuloa Range Training Facility, a U.S. Marine Corps shooting range in Ewa Beach, Oahu.

Core working group membership includes the House Representative for District 40, the Honolulu City Councilmember for District 9, and the Vice Chair of Ewa Neighborhood Board No. 23.

Requests the working group invite additional experts including a marine biologist from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, representatives from Kuleana Coral Restoration and the fishing industry, and a U.S. Marine Corps representative.

Requires the working group to meet quarterly and submit quarterly reports to the House of Representatives, with operations ceasing on June 30, 2025.

2022 soil sampling by the Surfrider Foundation identified high lead levels at the facility, raising concerns about lead leaching into the ocean and dust contamination in residential neighborhoods.
