Urges the City and County of Honolulu to work with stakeholders to construct a sidewalk between Iroquois Pointe and Ewa Beach to improve pedestrian safety.

Identifies lack of adequate lighting, dense bushes, and absence of sidewalks as significant safety risks for individuals traveling between these two locations.

Designates stakeholders involved in the project as private property owners, the United States Navy, the City and County of Honolulu, and the Ewa Beach Golf Course.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu, the Chairperson of the Honolulu City Council, and the Director of the Department of Transportation Services.
