Requests the University of Hawaii establish diversity, equity, and inclusion committees at each of its ten campuses to make recommendations on closing equity gaps and contribute to an annual report with action steps

Requires the annual report from campus committees to be submitted to the Board of Regents and posted on the University of Hawaii's website for public access

Responds to national attacks on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by affirming the University of Hawaii's work supporting historically underrepresented groups including Native Hawaiians, Pacific Islanders, Filipinos, first-generation students, and Pell Grant recipients
