Requests the Legislative Reference Bureau to study the Department of Education's implementation of sexual health education policies and standards.

Requires a survey of school personnel to determine current sexual health curriculum taught, reasons for gaps in CDC-recommended topics, and resources needed for compliance with sexual health policies.

Directs study to include summary of current DOE/BOE sexual health policies, assessment of curriculum compliance with existing policies and statutory requirements, and recommendations for evidence-based sexual health programming.

Requires Department of Education to provide copies of all sexual health education policies by June 1, 2024, and assist with survey distribution.

Mandates Legislative Reference Bureau submit final study with findings and recommendations to Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 Regular Session convenes.
